The Scottish Road Worker Consultation
The Transport Road Works Policy Team are holding a consultation that starts on 11 July and runs for 12 weeks ending on 3 October 2024. The proposed consultation is required in order to develop legislative guidance that supports the 'Information about apparatus' provision with the New Roads and Streets Works Act 1991.
