Smart Delivery Project Manager - Smart Ticketing

We are currently seeking applications for two Smart Delivery Project Manager vacancies.

These roles will help support the delivery of national smart ticketing projects, smartcard and mobile application developments, as well as improvements to the back office and transaction systems that are used by the majority of public transport operators, and public sector delivery partners, across Scotland on a daily basis. 

Responsibilities

This role aligns to the DDaTS Delivery Manager role.
 
At this role level, you will:

• build and maintain teams, ensuring they are motivated, collaborating and working well
• identify obstacles and help the team to overcome them
• focus the team on what is most important to the delivery of products and services
• encourage and facilitate continuous improvement of the delivery team
• coach and mentor both team members and others to apply the most appropriate Agile and Lean tools and techniques
