The A90 Trunk Road (Ellon Road) (Redetermination of Means of Exercise of Public Right of Passage) Order 2017 (1)
Notice is hereby given that on 27th June 2017 the Scottish Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 71(2) of the Roads (Scotland) Act 1984 made the above mentioned Order.
A copy of the Order as made, and of the accompanying plans have been deposited at the offices of Transport Scotland, 9th Floor Reception, Buchanan House, 58 Port Dundas Road, Glasgow, G4 0HF; the offices of Aberdeen City Council, Ground Floor, Marischal College, Broad Street, Aberdeen, AB10 1AB and Bridge of Don Post Office, 2 Balgowie Crescent, Bridge of Don, Aberdeen, AB23 8ER and may be inspected there free of charge during normal business hours until 8th August 2017.
The effect of the Order is as described in the Aberdeen Press and Journal and in the Edinburgh Gazette Issue Number 27864 on 28 April 2017.
The Order comes into operation on Monday 10 July 2017.
