The A83 Trunk Road (Furnace to Cumlodden) (40mph Speed Limit) Order 2019

The Scottish Ministers hereby give notice that they have made the above Order under section 84(1)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

The effect of the Order is as described in The Oban Times and The Herald newspapers dated 25 April 2019, and in the Edinburgh Gazette issue number 28176 dated 3 May 2019. The Order comes into force on 8 August 2019.

A copy of the Order as made and the relevant plan may be inspected free of charge until 2 September 2019 during normal business hours at the offices of Transport Scotland, Buchanan House, 58 Port Dundas Road, Glasgow, G4 0HF; Argyll & Bute Council, 1A Manse Brae, Lochgilphead, PA31 8RD and Ardrishaig Public Hall, Chalmers Street, Ardrishaig, Argyll, PA30 8EY.
