The A82 Trunk Road (Drumnadrochit and Lewiston) (30mph Speed Limit) Order 2018 (1)

The Scottish Ministers hereby give notice that they have made the above Order under section 84(1)(a) and 124(1)(d) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

The effect of the Order is as described in the Inverness Courier dated 16 March 2018 and the Edinburgh Gazette issue number 28002 dated 16 March 2018.  The Order comes into force on 1 October 2018.

A copy of the Order as made, the Order being revoked and the relevant plan  may be inspected free of charge during normal business hours until 6 November 2018 at the offices of Transport Scotland, Buchanan House, 58 Port Dundas Road and Drumnadrochit Post Office, Drumnadrochit, Inverness, IV63 6TX.
