National Transport Strategy - Islands Communities Assessment
5 Feb 2020The Islands (Scotland) Act 2018 seeks to increase economic prosperity for island communities. Section 13 of the Act requires the Scottish Ministers to undertake an Island Communities Impact Assessment where a plan or strategy is likely to have significantly different effects on an island community than other communities.
