Value of the Local Road Network to Society

Study to fill a current gap in the understanding of the value of the local road network to society and to the economic wellbeing of Scotland, and enable local authorities to make the case for ongoing investment. The research also highlights the extent to which maintenance and improvement of the local road network impacts on congestion levels and their impact on our environment.
