The May 2024 Guidance to the Office of Rail and Road (ORR) explains the context, objectives and approach of the Scottish Ministers for Scotland’s Railways. It follows publication of the High Level Output Specification for Rail Control Period 7 and the Statement of Funds Available. The Guidance revokes and replaces the Guidance issued by the Scottish Ministers in June 2018.
