You have selected the performance report for all stations. This PDF displays a graph and a table which show network wide performance against the benchmark, given as a percentage, for each of the stations' service quality areas (called service schedules) that passengers wanted to be kept informed about.

The reports cover five live quarters of the ScotRail Franchise which are  ~ Quarter 3 2016/17 (17 September 2016  – 10 December 2016)  to Quarter 3 2017/18 (17 September 2017 – 9 December 2017).

Performance results for your line of route are also available.

The results for 2017/18 ScotRail franchise will be published on  the following dates:

  • Quarter 1 – 4 August 2017
  • Quarter 2 - 20 October 2017
  • Quarter 3 – 12 January 2018
  • Quarter 4 – 4 May 2018
