GrassHOPPER expands offering to include a student 1 and 7 day ticket

Following the successful launch of the GrassHOPPER adult and 1 and 7 day smart tickets in August 2016, GrassHOPPER has been enjoying increased popularity and sales. With this success a decision was taken by Local Authorities and Operators, supported by Transport Scotland, to expand the offering to include a student 1 and 7 day GrassHOPPER ticket, launched on 21 August 2017.

Just like the adult GrassHOPPER, students can now purchase a smart ticket that can be used on any bus in the region and loaded onto any Stagecoach card, First Touch card, Grasshopper card, the National Entitlement, Young Persons or Kidz card – the saltirecard family of smartcards.
