Upcoming overnight works at Luncarty junction

A9 road users are advised that temporary traffic lights will be in place overnight between 20:00 and 06:00 hours on 16 December 2019, as part of the A9 dualling works between Luncarty and Pass of Birnam.

This traffic management is required to allow Scottish Water to undertake utility works near the Luncarty Junction.

To ensure the safety of road users and workers during these operations, traffic lights are necessary to restrict a short section of the A9 adjacent to the works, and will be controlled manually to minimise delays.

These works have been scheduled at night when traffic levels are at their lowest to reduce disruption for road users.
