Foreword
Transport Scotland customer service standards reflect our commitment to offering a high-quality service and ensuring we treat everyone equally and with dignity and respect. Our aim is to support everyone engaging with us to do so positively and effectively to help provide them with the best possible level of service.
Occasionally, the behaviour or actions of individuals may impact our staff and make continuing any constructive engagement difficult. In this small number of cases, steps will be taken to protect our staff or to ensure that the ability to work effectively is not undermined.
